I have a lower back issue which rather than operate on, I manage through Pilates. Paula’s class gives me a challenge but also does the work I need to keep my disc issue at bay. After the hour session I feel toned, straighter and so much more flexible. She is calm and reassuring yet very challenging at the same time and I do feel a difference when I cannot attend for any reason. We have fun whilst working our core hard, what else could you ask for? I would recommend to anyone old and young.
